Somoy TV is one of the pioneering 24-hour news-oriented television channels in Bangladesh. Built by a band of devoted journalists, the channel is committed to presenting authentic and politically unbiased news to audiences in every corner of Bangladesh and across the world.

Somoy Media Limited (Somoy Television) is a 24-hour Bengali news-based private satellite television channel, headquartered at 89 Bir Uttam CR Dutta Road, Banglamotor, Dhaka 1205. Holding a broadcast NOC licence from the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, it began test transmission on 10 October 2010 and has been commercially on-air since 17 April 2011.
